Certified Reiki practitioner through Sonja Kabell Reiki Training·  Emotional Intelligence Coach, through Ascension Leadership Academy·  Received my Health and Life Coach Certification through IAP Career College.

 My focus is on helping clients explore and discern how the Spirit moves in their lives, and to guide them in deepening and trusting that relationship. 

My coaching work is offered through one-on-one sessions
